Today a Journey holds the waypoints you add yourself, and travels as a file you can export and bring back. Linking the rest of these in is how Journeys grow from here.

ZoRove works on its own. You do not need another app to plan a Journey, download a map or save a place. If you already use other tools, bring routes into ZoRove or take them elsewhere with free GPX import and export.
Plenty of Rovers plan in Gaia GPS, OsmAnd, Garmin or on a paper map. Import and export are free, both directions, on every account. The on-ramp is not the thing we charge for.

Cloud backup and syncing between your devices are planned for later. Today a Journey travels as a file you export yourself, which is free on every account.
